Preparing your children with the skills and training they need


Foundation Basketball is a premiere basketball training program and facility. We specialize in and offer one-on-one training sessions, group and team training, skills clinics to build confidence, self-esteem and self discipline for elementary, middle school and high school boys and girls.  Collegiate and professional athlete off season training available.


Our facility is located in Midlothian, Virginia - in Shooters Indoor Sportsplex a  32,000 square foot sports complex  complete with movie theater, his and her locker rooms and showers, cafe, and stadium seating- along with Sportsgear for sporting needs and Exceleration Athletic Development training program for speed, agility and power for all sports. Shooters is surrounded by shopping and plenty of restaurants, everything you need to take your game to the next level and provide comfort to family and friends.

Foundation Basketball offers basketball programs for all ages and skill levels.

 

FBG Price List        

                                    

1:1 Sessions $40.00 per hour

 

Small Group Sessions $30 per hour (Max 4 per group) 

 

One class per week or four classes per month $60         

                                     

FBG Basic (Elementary Age) $99.00 per month            

 

FBG IQ (Middle School) $125.00 per month  
FBG University (High School) $150.00 FBG per month

 

Professional Athletes (price determined based on need analysis)


Payment is due upon the signing of the agreement.  All fees are non-refundable.  Any session not used in the month allotted WILL NOT roll-over to the following month. Training contract is for one year. $50 Annual Registration Fee

 

Family discounts available for siblings in one household. FBG Members receive a 20% discount on specified FBG Events

 

FBG requires valid credit card information at time of registration.  Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check and credit cards. Return check fees are $35

 

Regular training session ratio 10:1 *Unlimited training is defined as training from the hours of 3:30pm-6:30 pm Monday -Friday and does not include camps, clinics and other special events
